How do you end the Cruising Debacle?

That's too easy. You simply enforce the noise ordinance applying to automobiles. It's unfortunately not a well known fact that ALL of the loud boom noise we suffer on Derby Cruising is illegal, plain and simple. It's write there in black and white in Louisville's code book.

Shutting down the amplified noise, plainly audible past XX feet per the code, is the smartest (and legal) way of shutting down the bloody circus.
