Yes! That's the long and the short of it. This cruising is nonsense, a total waste of resources, no matter how you look at it. I am sick and tired of the notion of coddling to the psychopathologies of out-of-control youth and "protected" classes.

Either they get with the program and work to become responsible citizens, or we come down on them like a ton of bricks. We talk of a civil society. No society, half civil and half savage can stand.
