I work for Lexington Metro and I can thankfully say that the brass is backing our two on the shooting from the moment it happened. Our guys here retain their Police Powers and are given unmarked non-crownvic units to drive while during the administative assignment time. They are assigned to the Chaplain's Office and typicically take up investigative type duties until they can wade out their administrative assignment time. This is typical here to keep your face off the streets for a little bit and
