Indy Area Cops, Deputies Reject Merger
Are there any constructive views on this topic out there? I've heard that Louisville - JCPD had a great struggle with their merger, and many of the JCPD officers did not want consolidation to take place. Is this true? How has it been since your merger? Are there still lose ends that need to be resolved? What advice can someone form this agency provide us in our uphill battle we are facing. Any info helpful.

Layoffs, or merger, it looks like their murder rate is going to go through the roof too!
