I truly feel for the Sgt's on this dept with all the crap that is coming out from downtown with the new crimestat initiative. Sure didn't take him long to take over after Lt. Col Winstead-Wilfong got sick. Always new he was a backstabber. Just another good reason not to take the Sgt's test. But time will pass and this program will go down the toilet like the rest have. Maybe every now and then the people downtown ought to look at the crimestat reports and see the officers don't have time for all
