HOW ABOUT SOME ACCOUNTABILITY HERE? Is this the way Mayor Abramson and Chief White think that a department should be run? They have already gone through their budget and there are still 8 month's left to go! It sounds like another of Abramson's buddy's is getting a kick back and the taxpayers are footing the bill. I can't believe that they are also paying $60 for a simple oil change! Hell bring them over to my house, I'll do it for $30 bucks and save them 50%!
