How come there wasn't a bidding process for any of this?? Isn't it amazing that more and more of Jerry's private deals with cronies that probably paid him under the table or gave money to his campaign. Isn't it a coincidence that Jerry's corrunption comes forward now and that he has NO COMMENT about it? I hope the media and the Council keep diging. There are probably a lot more skeletons ot there yet to be uncovered.
