23 yrs a lpd, 14 yrs retired..Harvey Sloan{mayor} no better..Bussing Riots, 1 man cars, 1 Radio channel ( 6 districts) O/T ? Ha..straight time. just changed our 3 day weekends..Not to mention salary at minuim pay, BUT the cops stuck TOGETHER. not the new breed of today. We did our share of *****.. And a good majority of us caught the BLUE FLU.(A POINT TO PONDER) Oh yes, WHAS, ate it up..When the revenue from citations and arrests dropped, we got the CITY'S attention.
