I have a question I hope someone can answer - who's on first? In other words, how is the existing staffed radio spectrum split up? Who's on which channels? How has the traffic on the "patrol" channels increased? I understand that it has, but I'm unclear on exactly why it has increased - which channels have been abandoned, etc. You can answer by specific frequency or by "city channel 1," etc., as I know the frequencies for each channel. What sort of temporary upgrades/changes actually might help
