Texas Officer Dies After Being Hit by Partner

my question is why does it matter they were rookies, why not think about how her family is feeling and how her partner is doing, instead of trying to blame it as a rookie mistake which most police officers do all the time, when they themselves could just as well make the same mistake. Why don't you think a little before you all talk?
