Why is it that the obvious things are always overlooked? Basic radio communications are essential for the succesful daily operation of this police department, yet they continue to fritter away the money on non-essentials. I heard that they even wnated to put GPS locators in every car at the cost of $200 or more apiece. Now I know it was because when your radio fails they will be able to locate your dead body.
