Mr. Stewart, that is great. BUT.... the fact is that rw still hired the his friend to do this job. You might be the best for the job, but who is to know as there was NO search. NO public posting. NO national interviews for anyone else. IT was given to you as far as anyone knows and you were one who advised this dept that we needed to go in this direction.
