I don't blame the officers on this unit for being there, most of them want this type of job. I blame the admin on creating the unit and taking the officers off the street. For using them during the summer to babysit kids on a sports field while our homicide rate kept going up and up. If you look at the turnover rate for this unit, as young as it is, you will see that there are alot of problems with it.,
