There is mention of a "credit vacancy". Under that line, I wonder if the citizens know what the goverment is doing with all the money ((and it is alot) that has and is in the budget for police) from not paying for the officers that are no longer on the department? He is claiming that the goverment is poor but has all this money that is unaccounted for. Isn't it great to have a load of money that no one is asking about. I wonder if this is the money that the goverment used to pay for the new parking
