Indianapolis to Issue Patrol Rifles

Unfortunately most of these City carreer politicians won't do anything proactive. They are always reactive. The bad knes is that many Departments suffer the same malaise of government.

When politicians actively support the police other than at election time, it will be a better time in these United States.
