Dwindling backup from LMPD, financial incentives lead to east Louisville police merger

Add in Fischer, Chief Conrad, and several more like sullivan, Gibson and the rest of the front office who facilitated the scams and look where some are now. This city has been led by morons for 12 plus years. We need a change to professionalism.
