Dwindling backup from LMPD, financial incentives lead to east Louisville police merger

If Trump is a con-man, then so is Biden. Biden's son and his brother have been grifting tens of millions of dollars from foreign countries trying to gain influence with Biden at least since he became Vice President in 2009. His son took over $3 million from a Russian oligarch connected to Putin and much more from the Chinese-government owned Bank of China shortly after Biden visited China with Hunter on the trip.

The people in the middle of politics know that politicians on both sides are corrupt and that so are many of the people they appoint to be in charge of the government. The only times the swing voters elect a new democrat president is what the last republican had something really bad happen on their watch. Obama would have lost to McCain if not for the banks causing the financial collapse on Bush's watch. Biden would have lost to Trump if not for sloppy Chinese scientists accidentally leaking an experiment from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The people who always vote democrat and talk about Trump a lot are mostly just fooling themselves about why they vote democrat. I don't know any democrats who aren't getting some kind of money from the government that they are afraid Republicans will take away. That includes government paychecks, social assistance checks, medicaid, public education money that pay for their salaries, grants or student loans, or the people whose companies get contract money steered their way from the government.

That's probably 95% of democrats, excluding some eccentric rich people who might fly to Epstein's Island for vacations or think there are too many regular people in existence and we need to be either aborted or encouraged to euthanize ourselves.

I actually hope DeSantis is the Republican nominee. Democrats are doing all they can to keep Trump from being the nominee... as the old saying goes... "be careful what you wish for. You might just get it."
