Something more stringent should be passed like charging the parent for the crime of their kid. Then make the parent pay restitution and if they cannot then take away their government benefits if they get any until the restitution is paid back in full. Enough is enough with the juvenile crime wave. This bill is a start though. But you have morons like Joni Jenkins of Louisville protesting because what if the juvenile is ten. So what they commit a serious violent crime against someone they should be locked up. Let it happen to her and see how her dumb *** reacts.
