'It's Heartbreaking': Louisville police officer dies after being hit by vehicle on I-64

I credit the general lack of common sense, intelligence and qualifications of the people running Metro compared to who ran the old City of Louisville. Everyone was smarter, had a lot more common sense and was generally better looking back then.
