I said it from the very beginning. DO NOT give up your constitutional or contractual rights for a pay increase. Once those rights are gone, you will NEVER EVER get them back. When you get in the jack pot for some vague, woke policy violation or trumped up criminal violation, you will wish you kept your legal rights instead of opting for a pay increase. A pay increase won't mean squat when you get fired.... or worse.
