Louisville police officers approve FOP contract with bigger raises...
Changes to disciplinary procedures such as not allowing officers to view body camera footage before being interviewed by investigators
SO THEY CAN ASK YOU A BARRAGE OF QUESTIONS THEY ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWER TO AND GET YOU FIRED FOR LYING WHEN YOU FORGET SOMETHING, AS A SACRIFICIAL LAMB ON THE ALTAR OF DEMOCRAT RACE POLITICS.
Removing a 180-day time limit on concluding officer probes
SO THEY CAN GO ON ENDLESS FISHING EXPEDITIONS TO DESTROY YOU USING ANY MEANS NECESSARY, WATCHING YOUR EVERY MOVE UNTIL YOU COMMIT SOME OBSCURE TECHNICAL POLICY VIOLATION WHILE BLOCKING ALL LATERAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PROMOTIONS
Retaining disciplinary records connected to use of force, sexual misconduct, bias, truthfulness and criminal activity
ALLOWING THEM TO USE ANY UNTRUE ALLEGATION OR HALF-TRUTH NEVER PRESENTED IN COURT IN THE FUTURE WHEN YOU CROSS THEM, SO THEY CAN JUSTIFY FIRING YOU FOR SOMETHING RELATIVELY MINOR, LIKE PRAYING NEAR AN ABORTION CLINIC

The bill has finally come due for the last 30 years of Metro paying their bills on the backs of officers and other metro employees through 0% to 2% raises. Why pay enough to retain highly qualified people when you can spend that money on buying off low information voters with handouts or paying back political donors with lucrative contracts? It was a long time coming, but now even Fischer's rich democrat neighbors are up in arms about the climate of lawlessness he helped create.
These raises don't even keep up with this year's and next year's inflation, so nobody should get their hopes up that this is going to fix much of anything. Louisville has too many problems for band-aid solutions like what's been proposed. None of the candidates for Mayor have even bothered to speak out on what they'd do differently.
They won't have any trouble filling classes since people can use that to go somewhere else. They won't stay long unless someone much better takes over Louisville Metro.

It sure would be nice if deskbound wannabe cops would not create riots for the real police.

According to Nichols and McBride, unreleased Jan. 6 footage shows the activities of four suspected government agents: unidentified men whom McBride nicknamed "RedFace45," "GogglesMan," "PippiLongScarf," and "BirdMan." "Several members of this group circulated weapons and sprays throughout the crowd. Some members of this group were present in the now-infamous fight inside the tunnel."

If the government won't or can't stop crime, juries will not allow government to convict people for defending themselves, even if it wasn't by the book.

Nobody in Highview worried about their kids being murdered back when Richard Dotson and Leon Jones were running the police departments using proving policing strategies that worked. That was before the libtards totally ruined the justice system in Louisville and the Beshear family unleashed the criminals on the citizens.

Judge Eckerle appears to be wondering why accused murderer Keyshaun Stewart thinks so little of the judges here that he skips out on two court appearances from his cell. Judge Stephens gets the credit for that.
"In 2018, Stewart was seen by police loading a stolen gun case into a car. The gun case contained 12 firearms as well as the ashes of a robbery victim's wife. According to reports, the victim's home had been ransacked and suffered $10,000 in damages. In their attempt to escape the police, Stewart and his accomplice crashed their car before being caught on foot. Despite being given a five year sentence, Judge Olu Stevens gave Stewart five years of probation, stating that he didn't think prison would help Stewart."
Needless to say, somebody in Corrections should be prying that jack@ss out of his cell and rolling him over to court secured firmly to his chair with a hood on if necessary.

If the news media did a little homework, they'd know that the Bus Stop Killers' information will be publicly releasable under KRS 635.020(4) after a judge finds probable cause they used a firearm to kill someone at the preliminary hearing. They can also be tried as adults for any other crimes they may have committed once they're moved over to circuit court for the murder charge.

Marty Polio and the JCPS school board have done such a p1ss poor job of providing protection in schools that even school principals are being beaten down by juvenile criminals. Removing School Resource Officers was another one of their many bad ideas. One of their security guards recently got beaten down and kicked in the middle of a public road, which they tried to pretend was accidental. We can only laugh at lies that obvious.
All of them need to be fired and replaced immediately with someone who'll put sworn, experienced and well trained law enforcement officers in the schools.

Mayor Harvey Sloane and Chief Richard Dotson knew how to run a police department. That's why children weren't getting murdered every day.
Louisville's been led down this road to hell by left wing democrats who cut the balls off police in the name of civil rights. All of you politicians, activists, and lawyers have these peoples' blood on your hands. You better have a set of good answers when you reach the pearly gates one day.

Textbook example of a good shooting.
Most police shootings are clear enough that don't need you to bring in guys from Frankfort or do a year long investigation. We all know it's for looks to convince democrat police haters who think all police do is murder people every day. This officer will probably be off his beat for the next 2 to 3 months while they all **** around until they think the coast is clear and BLM forgot about it.

Twelve major cities across the nation broke annual homicide records this year, following 2020's already historically bloody year. Rochester broke its 30-year-old homicide record on Nov. 11 with 71 homicides. The city's previous record sat at 69 in 1991. Rochester is joined by 11 other cities that broke homicide records this year, according to ABC News, including: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Toledo, Ohio; Columbus, Ohio; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Austin, Texas; Louisville, Kentucky; St. Paul, Minnesota; Portland, Oregon; Tucson, Arizona; Albuquerque, New Mexico. "Nobody's getting arrested anymore," retired chief of detectives for the New York Police Department, Robert Boyce, told ABC News. "People are getting picked up for gun possession and they're just let out over and over again."
"America's most beautiful cities are indeed being ruined by liberal policies," Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw said last week of cities experiencing crime surges. "There's a direct line between death and decay and liberal policies." "The criminals laugh in the back of a police car because they know that they are going to be out the next day back to committing crimes This is a problem for people who actually pay taxes who live there. And they are absolutely ruining America's greatest cities, and we should be outraged about it."

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An Instacart delivery driver allegedly ran over an elderly couple's groceries due to a pro-police sign in their yard, according to police. Blaine police say they responded on Dec. 6 to a call from the couple who reported that they had placed a grocery order from a local Cub Foods and requested delivery via the Instacart delivery service.
The couple said once they received notification that the driver was outside the house, they decided to meet the driver there due to the amount of snow in their driveway. According to the police, when the couple opened the front door, the driver yelled back at them to check the inside of their Christmas wreath hanging from the door.
The couple said they watched as the delivery person drove back and forth in the driveway. After the delivery driver left, the couple said they found that their groceries had been run over. The couple also found the receipt from the grocery order with a message saying "Instacart doesn't pay employees, sry find another slave. F-- the racist police pigs."
He says detectives have been in touch with the driver, who's described as a 36-year-old woman from Coon Rapids. Police tell WCCO she does not want to speak with them or to a psychiatrist.

Take note young officers and future applicants. When you go to work for a democrat city, they reserve the right to sacrifice you to the wolves when politics requires. You're a lot better off working for less money somewhere else. You won't have to worry as much about your family members being shot by some no-daddy born to lose west end gang member like we are here in Murdaville, Guntucky.
"In your time with the department, can you remember anybody being fired for political reasons?" Sgt. Justin Witt, an officer representative on the Merit Board, asked retired Deputy Chief LaVita Chavous. "Not that I can remember," Chavous replied.
"Do you think that this one was because of political reasons?" Witt asked. "Yes, I do," Chavous said without hesitation. Chavous testified she'd heard Mayor Greg Fischer say last summer that he wished he could fire the officers connected to the Taylor case. Chavous said she took this to mean Cosgrove as well as Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly, Detective Brett Hankison and Detective Joshua Jaynes, though Fischer did not name them specifically.
Ultimately, Cosgrove, Jaynes and Hankison were fired; the first two by Gentry, the latter by former interim Chief Robert Schroeder.

The probe into the Louisville Metro Police Department began in April. Federal investigators on April 26 announced their investigation of the Louisville Metro Police Department, which will will look at unreasonable force, especially during protests.
How did police respond to 2020 protests?
Louisville police's response to protests in the wake of Taylor's death was deploying heavily armed and armored officers. Protesters were tear-gassed and shot with pepper balls. On the first night of protests, seven people were shot by an unknown assailant. But the department's investigation fell through the cracks, and several victims said they were never even interviewed. No suspects have been identified.
The protests stretched on for more than 190 days. Policing staff shortages required officers to work 12-hour shifts with a moratorium placed on vacation days. In the first four months of protests, police made 871 related arrests, including 252 with at least one felony charge.
Most of those charges were dismissed or dropped outright.
