LMPD officer sues city over suspension for marching in uniform...

October 11th, 2021 @ 11:13AM (2 years ago)

Two things: First: this officer will win this lawsuit and only because the department allows officers to do the BLM and gay pride marches. It is a CLEAR bias towards certain politics and beliefs. The city will be paying another check and once again not learning anything from it.

Second thing, this officer is useless and has been useless since he hit the mean streets of the 8th division straight out of the academy. He sits in his car and waits for the radio to call him to places. He is not and was not ever proactive. This is the kind of officer you DON'T want to be assigned in a neighborhood you live because he doesn't patrol.

He should not have been suspended at all... But, I can guarantee you the area that he worked didn't notice him not being there. Shame on the department for attempting to discipline this guy. I'm glad it didn't happen to anyone better.

Department of Justice providing resources to LMPD. Focused training on community policing and engagement, crime analysis and a renewed focus on investigations. https://www.wave3.com/2021/10/08/department-justice-providing-resources-lmpd/

Has the Department of Justice done a nationwide search for instructors? Did they find a police department serving 500,000 or more citizens who's been successful at reducing crime since the end of the 1990s War on Crime and the beginning of the 2000s Surrender to Crime preached by their predecessors? Where will they find these "experts"? At best that term has historically meant someone who spent a few years in a big city where they put handcuffs on may a few dozen people in 2 years.

LMPD has tried to implement the dozens of community policing models defined by the Department of Justice since it was first invented long before anyone working today began their law enforcement careers. While the overall concept of develop a rapport had merit, it's 95% a Pie In The Sky academic's utopian version of what exists on the streets.

Classic scam artist. This is just one example of the hundreds and hundreds of false complaints and accusations that come in. They should prosecute him for all of manpower and resources accumulated by this false claim.

https://amgreatness.com/2021/10/14/was-january-6-part-of-the-fbis-operation-cold-snap/

According to BuzzFeed's exceptional July 2021 investigative report on the FBI-led plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020, Robeson "helped organize the national meeting, and he was enthusiastically pushing people he knew to attend." The purpose of the conference was to recruit people who ultimately would stoke "political violence" against governors who refused to reopen their states after lockdowns supposedly necessitated by COVID.

The federal trial has been delayed until next spring after defense counsel asked for a 90-day continuance to investigate misconduct by FBI agents and informants.

Robeson and at least a dozen other FBI agents and informants orchestrated the shocking scheme--the feds paid for and organized "surveillance" trips as well as weapons training camps, all for the hidden cameras to capture on film--to produce major headlines as early voting was underway in the crucial swing state of Michigan.

Whitmer held a dramatic press conference the day the Justice Department announced the arrest of six men on federal conspiracy charges, blaming Trump for encouraging "domestic terrorists." Joe Biden weighed in, too. "There is a through line from President Trump's dog whistles and tolerance of hate, vengeance, and lawlessness to plots such as this one. He is giving oxygen to the bigotry and hate we see on the march in our country," he said on October 8, 2020.

Turns out, the "oxygen" that gave the plot life came from inside the house. BuzzFeed, after reviewing numerous court records and conducting interviews with those involved, concluded the FBI assets "had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception." Without the FBIs involvement, it's unclear "whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them."

Let's go Brandon!

A military recruiter said few are trying to enlist anymore, because the military is now perceived as too far to the left, too vindictive over the vaccine and too weak to be associated with, after watching them run like cowards from toothless 4th grade educated religious radicals.

If Navy service members don't get vaxxed by the deadline, the Navy "may seek recoupment of applicable bonuses, special and incentive pays, and the cost of training and education for service members refusing the vaccine" Cost of training could include their entire salary for the first 6 months to 18 months of service.

No Chinese General could set them up for victory as well as the Biden administration has done for China. The bribes they paid to his druggie son have paid off.

I was never a fan of the Grandmaster, but now they're just piling state charges on top of duplicate federal charges for the same crime. It's very different from the commonwealth and US attorney's kid gloves treatment for BLM's months of riots, arson, attempted murder of officers, bombings and IED, etc.

This guy's main crime was not being democrat-party sponsored and approved.

School Told Third Grade Boys About Taking Puberty Blockers So They Can Have Genitals 'Chopped Off'

"One of our fellow parents, a man, raised his hand and said 'Why did my son come home,' these are third graders 8 and 9 year olds, 'Why did my son come home and asks if it's true that he can take a pill to prevent puberty and then when he turns 18 he can have his ***** chopped off if he wants to become a woman?'

Another anti-police hit piece from an SJW leftist who assumes if police are routinely stopping or arresting criminals, or shooting criminals posing a lethal threat, then they need "serious reform"

What this clueless leftist half-wit author does not acknowledge is that 30 years ago, when policing was done in the manner they find so objectionable, there were about 1/4 as many murders in Louisville. People felt safe enough to walk around outside at night. There weren't murders, robberies, home invasions and carjackings happening every week.

The #1 demographic being murdered these days is black men. The police departments these leftists hate so much managed to keep a lot more black men alive and breathing than the useless liberal do-gooders or the preening peacock lawyers trying to put police behind bars as their main livelihood. They did the job of protecting society well, unlike the current generation of political and law enforcement leaders, who history will not be kind to.

Here's what Democrat voters do when they can't fire you for praying at a pro-life protest

[VIDEO] Antifa Chants "F**K Your God" At Pro Life Activists During Protest

On Monday, pro-life activists decided to show their support for Texas Governor Gregg Abbott and the highly controversial "heartbeat law." Gathering on campus, the activists paraded around, chanting, "Christ is King." Surprisingly, this angered local Antifa members so much that an entire group of counter-protesters showed up, being sure to chant, "F**K your God!" And while that alone should be more than enough to sum up everything Antifa stands for, the radical group didn't stop there.

"They harassed us. They were throwing things at us. They were chanting things. They brought all sorts of instruments that they were playing to drown out whatever we were saying. They brought their megaphones; they brought whistles"

https://www.leoweekly.com/2021/10/to-solve-murders-louisville-police-turn-to-techy-geofence-warrants-but-net-few-arrests/

The younger generation has done a **** poor job of catching violent criminals because they're so dependenton tech solving crimes and won't even take a poop without involving their phones. Criminals figured out cell phones were bugging and tracking devices a long time ago.

The old ways of catching criminals are what worked. You have to get out of your vehicle and put yourself in harms way. That's what we used when all of Jefferson County together had 1/4 as many murders as today.

If you want a safe office job playing with computers where you never go around violent offenders, then go work for the feds.

250 carjackings per year now. That number used to be below 5 per year. We didn't allow armed born-to-lose daddyless hoodrats and thugs running loose in the south end carjacking kids at 0730 in the days of JCPD and LPD.

It's high time the unqualified incompetent law enforcement leaders of Jefferson County, KY put all their do-little community cops and those investigating relatively petty crimes into a county-wide gang unit and other units targeting violent street criminals.

I don't just mean LMPD either. Some of you need to give your people a break from Garland's political intimidation pet projects. Give your younger people a chance to do some real law enforcement for once in their otherwise very boring and unaccomplished careers.

"All of these accusations are demonstrably false," according to the lawsuit, which was filed in Edmonson County because Mattingly lives there now.

It's clear that Mr. Riley was just trying to be thorough with his reporting. I'm sure that his inclusion of this particular detail was not meant as some type of thinly veiled threat.

FBI failed to act on tips of likely violence ahead of Capitol attack

An FBI official who assessed the tip noted that its criminal division received a "significant number" of alerts about threats to Congress and other government officials. The FBI passed the information to law enforcement agencies in Washington but did not pursue the matter, the Post said.

"The individual or group identified during the assessment does not warrant further FBI investigation at this time," the internal report concluded, according to the Post.
