Council members urge Louisville mayor to make proposed police contract public

The guy doesn't have any other qualifications except his skin color. The bad thing is, that's all he needs for the blacks in the west end to vote for him. The guy could be a murderer and if he's black, that's good enough for the blacks in the west end. Pathetic.
