Council members urge Louisville mayor to make proposed police contract public

If not for the excellent work done by the trauma unit at University Hospital, the homicide rate in this city would be astronomical. How many shooting victims would have died if not for the work of the folks down there? It's a darn shame they get so much practice. Good job, Fischer.
