We need a lot more cops and much longer prison sentences. Don't see any other way out of this violence.

The leftists on the metro council still think policing high crime gang controlled neighborhoods differently is racism. YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID

Don't worry about DOJ. The bullsh-t false allegations can be fought and appealed into 2025 when they will be DROPPED by the Republican who becomes US Attorney General then. Any rabid left wing lawyers you see today will probably be off to their next gig working for someone like Marc Elias's democrat political dirty tricks operation, replacing the one indicted recently.

Their false notion of weak enforcement as civil rights has led to the avoidable murders of thousand of black people including hundreds of children since Obama won in 2008.

When tallying the total numbers, the local media usually only counts the number of homicides that were investigated by LMPD. Last year's total, if you also include Louisville Metro's smaller jurisdictions that have their own police departments, was actually closer to 190 and not just the 173 that they keep mentioning. It's not as though violent criminals are paying any attention to municipal boundaries while they are planning their next retaliatory shooting or murder in Shively or St. Matthews.
