Council members urge Louisville mayor to make proposed police contract public

It is this same Fischer administration that started this mess in the first place, by blurring the lines between the purpose of a collective bargaining agreement and things that normally would be simple modifications to LMPD policies/procedures. The administration planted the false idea in people's minds that "police reform" should take place in a CBA, when most of these reform measures have already been adopted by LMPD and included in the SOP. They never made any effort to explain that to these whiny bottom feeders who keep complaining about the contract proposals.
