Then it's exactly what LMPD deserves

Will not say it is garbage but it sure does smell bad. Sure it gives us a decent raise for first time in a long time as Fischer showed his true lack of respect for his entire tenure. He did that mainly to push his political agenda of hating the police and running it into the ground. The money still does not compare with other departments, and considering what most of our lieutenants do and some sergeants they are gonna get paid more for doing less just like the command staff. What it looks like is a payoff to them to enforce bullshizz and have us doing moronic things. None of us can like the some of the details in this as it empowers the mayor and chief too much which means, well figure it out for yourselves but regardless LMPD will be a robot force, and if anyone thinks agreeing to track a vehicle is a good thing your a moron. What this says is we absolutely have zero trust in our people. That is pathetic. Regardless they think the money will lure people or get people to stay. Nope they ruined the city and trashed lmpd they will find out if is not about the money.
