A targeted assassination of a law enforcement officer is a defined as an act of terrorism, rather than a simple criminal offense. It's the act of a predator animal. When a predator animal preys on a human being, it takes a hunter to put them down. The western side of Louisville is a land of wolves now. Some are not wolves and should remain behind their white picket fences and in their office parks where the rule of law still exists.
