I realize she's a politician-social worker. It's doubtful any improvements will happen until both she, most of her command staff and Fischer are gone. Atlanta is one of the large democrat-ruled cities who Louisville democrats have followed into the abyss of urban decay and gang violence. The only chance Louisville has is the next Mayor being smarter than Fischer. I don't know much about his hotel guy designated successor, except he has all the same friends as Fischer. Is he the same kind of stupid?
