There must always be a low ranking sacrificial lamb from LMPD to take the place of the Democrat appointees above him who made the decision to use law enforcement to make way for government funded real estate development. When you stick your neck out trying to please politicians or political appointees, they will hang you out to dry every time. Play it safe, forget about being a Major, do off-duty work instead, and don't ever stick your neck out. The west end is what
