All of these millions of dollars, in some shape or form, revolve around the west-end and other high crime areas. It's ridiculous that the taxpayers of Jefferson County have to bear such a financial burden to try and fix the problems caused by a relatively small group of complainers and losers in Louisville. There's no need to re-imagine public safety; start locking up these violent offenders and throw their asses in prison for a very long stay.
