Louisville had violent gangs in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but Louisville also had prosecutors who put them away like Ernest Jasmine, many judges who weren't hug-a-thugs, and police captains actually ran both JCPD and LPD. They served as a firewall between policing and the excessive political interference we witness today. The aldermen and mayor didn't get to decide what officers were allowed to stop vehicles or suspects for, or if they got to pursue them.

The state legislature should break up Jefferson County into 2 counties. One having the west end and the highlands. The other having everyone else. We share nothing in common. They deserve to create the hellish nightmare of a town they want without taking the rest of us down with them.

She's a scumbag and will never amount to anything much. Just using the same old game plan, make something into a racial incident (which it obviously isn't) and sue the police and metro government. The only thing she talks about is her own blackness, but never has anything important or useful to say. It's always the same words out of her mouth, which is basically just black this, black that, and that white people and the police are keeping her oppressed.
