Democrats wrap their policies around their political agendas not vice versa. They can't speak too loudly of black-on-black murders, because it distracts from their rage-baiting against white police. They can't admit that putting dangerous felons behind bars is needed, because it contradicts all their rhetoric about those felons only being in prison due to racism. They can't admit that having so much crime in inner city minority neighborhoods is why they don't have any place to work, shop or eat
