Some who perceive themselves as victims of racism can't help but be racist in return it seems.

They didn't arrest one interrogator using torture. They turned a blind eye to it, because it was their people doing it.

Don't think for a second that immunity extends to any local police officer who'd take a few extra blows when arresting a violent felon resisting him. They will put your *** in a cell for that.
