Louisville civilian review board bill dead in the Kentucky legislature, sponsor says

A good example of why comparing drivers license pictures with security camera pictures doesn't give probable cause for any court who gives a damn. A good judge doing their job can prevent things like raids on the wrong house. Lazy judges who don't bother to read affidavits and overly aggressive prosecutors all contribute to bad shootings that happen in the wrong houses.
