Louisville civilian review board bill dead in the Kentucky legislature, sponsor says

Its too bad all the criminals aren't old white men so there's no controversy when they get killed. The feds have an easier time by sticking mostly to white men. Civil rights don't come into play unless it's someone special like a black drug dealer.
