Louisville civilian review board bill dead in the Kentucky legislature, sponsor says

What they tell LMPD will include more of the same old disproven democrat ideas that never worked and never will work. The Obama administration issued their Presidents Task Force on 21st Century Policing report in May 2015. It's a laundry list of feel-good half-thoughts that sound good to a lawyer or a politicians but lack the substance required to make crime go down. Former Chief Conrad and Mayor Fischer forced that hot garbage into LMPD and the result was homicides going from 81 in 2015 to 177 in 2020.

Are we to believe the Louisville Police Department and LMPD was a department of racist bigots 20-30 years ago when about 1/5 as many black men were being murdered? Are we supposed to believe you're being better to black people in general by not stopping and frisking known felons for guns, or arresting them in high violence neighborhoods when that's what keeps these same people alive?
