People view law enforcement in cities as inept, lazy and only interested in arresting who their political bosses allow them to arrest, which is conservative white males. They have every right to think that considering how violence has gone up while law enforcement lays down because they're afraid of being called racist or getting shot by violent criminals. I can't say I blame anyone for moving on to a better profession. What young person would want to work the next 20 years for lunatics and paderers
