Most of this nonsense is so preventable in the first place! Just comply with the officer's verbal commands and follow their instructions. Do not resist arrest. If these individuals don't agree with why they're being arrested or the reason for the police interaction, just go to court and make your argument. All of these situations could've been avoided by the suspect by just doing the right thing.
