If blacks can find a way to get an ID to buy booze at the liquor store, then they can fork over an ID to vote.

This is because democrats don't have a modern 21st century view of minorities. Democrats still hold onto a pre-1960s mindset that blacks are still poor and uneducated. Nowadays this is no more true for black Americans as it is for anyone else, white or otherwise.
