If they don't have subpoena power to convene their Woke Inquisition Star Chambers, then everything has to be done by the metro council. The democrats on the metro council will have to do their own dirty work instead of farming it out to crazies they pulled out of the BLM march. It's a very good thing that woke David James can't simply wash his hands of the police-hate. He will have to fully own every bit of it so the voters of the entire county see him for what he has become.

It may not accomplish much if the 80% of the population that's not voting for Mayor refuses to get off their lazy butts next time, but there's a slim chance of the crazy being reigned in or else someone more reasonable being elected to replace Fischer.
