Louisville civilian review board bill dead in the Kentucky legislature, sponsor says

Metro council and that gutless Mayor were having orgasms hoping that the review board would have subpoena power. You can thank the REPUBLICAN SUPER MAJORITY IN THE KENTUCKY STATE LEGISLATURE for putting a stop to that nonsense. The Republicans saw exactly what the Mayor's ploy was... an attempt to appease the vocal blacks in the west end by packing the board with blacks who publicly stated they hated the police. Thank God for the Republican majority in Kentucky. Elections have consequences.
