Two officers fired by Police Chief Erika Shields over Atlanta tasing are reinstated

It's the same lie they were telling last year before Conrad left. Fischer's aiming it at his naive aloof upper class Highlands and River Road supporters who don't know any better. The west end people know the truth but a lot will grasp at this lame excuse to keep their minds off real reasons, like families broken by the welfare state and a society holding up immoral musicians pimping lives of crime as their childrens' heroes instead of somebody who built a business.
