This decision is nothing cowards playing more identity politics. Command and Fischer have allowed identity politics to turn 2 good departments into 1 highly dysfunctional, demoralized and ineffective department. They turned Louisville from a relatively safe city into one of the most dangerous cities in America. They make things look better than they are by calling the entire county the city. The old city, also known as the urban services district, is one of the top 5 most dangerous places in America.
