Mueller had all the evidence and found no Russia collusion. The Russia hoax was a means to distract from Biden family money laundering and bribery happening in Ukraine, China and other countries. It was also a means of helping corrupt members of the FBI avoid prosecution for numerous felony violations of the FISA law and perjury before the courts. They needed to get the people they illegally wiretapped to forget some irrelevant fact so they could charge them with "lying to the FBI" after the fact.
