The moral of the story is...was without question a shitzy day and warrant service that was half azzed that resulted in a tragic death that had zero to do about race. Yet we have a weak mayor who will do anything to make it about race to hide his land grab on Elliot for his rich developer friends which was what these warrants were about. Who in their right mind believes multiple warrants get written and served for a low level punk dope dealer who may or may not pitch a few thousand dollars of dope
