They got sent to prison. The court system served its purpose. What more do you want? Should we go on the Oprah TV show and whine about it, or go riot and protest in the streets? As for these two officers that you obviously have a boner about, the prosecutors decided not to file charges and prosecute. Go complain to them about it.
