So your justification for the lady not being COMPLICIT AT ALL IN HER OWN DEATH is because, by the Grace of God, she hadn't killed a family on the expressway coming back from Church while she was driving drunk? Man, I didn't think you could make yourself sound any more moronic, but I was wrong. You need to educate yourself on the effects of alcohol on the nervous system. As an alleged truck driver, I thought you would have at LEAST a little knowledge of the dulling effects of alcohol on the brain. Why do you think the legal limit of intoxication for CDL holders is LESS than non CDL holders? I'm not getting paid to be your teacher so do your own research. What in the world are you talking about with democrats? I didn't mention her political affiliation at all. What does that have to do with the drunk driver getting herself killed in a wreck? By the way, you did not answer my question. Was the drunk driver who got killed complicit in her own death by driving drunk? What percentage of fault rests with her? None? 50 percent? 75 percent? 90 percent? Adams' speed did contribute to the accident, I will agree. But, the drunk driver is not blame free as you seem to erroneously believe. If she had not gotten behind the wheel of her car drunk and driven away, she would probably be alive today.

The only reason you think that is because you jealously hate the police because of some sort of perceived injustice you encountered years ago. Just have the spine to admit it.

1. In a Republican town, their proactive police department probably would have pulled her over for DUI before she got to her neighborhood. Democrat cities like Louisville don't put enough police on the streets to catch DUIs, or kick their officers in the teeth enough times so they don't want to do anything but take runs.

2. Prosecutors make the decision to prosecute or not prosecute. All the prosecutors in Louisville during the period Baker and Adams cases were open, including the commonwealth attorney, county attorney, attorney general and even the US Attorney, were DEMOCRATS
