Police chief's criticism casts doubt on Metro Council plan to restrict LMPD's use of force

LMPD is lucky to get the relatively high quality of people they do for $35,000 to $40,000 per year. The average person in the urban areas of Louisville like the Highlands and West end, including both lower class and upper class, ranges from graffiti scrawling moron (like you) to an aloof half-wit in a BMW. There's not a whole lot of IQ points to be had around here until you get outside the Watterson. I blame it on the rampant use of drugs in the decaying urban core of Louisville and large failing Democrat cities in general.
