The systemic racism talk, their openly extorting restaurants in NuLu and similar pretend protests unrelated to the shooting is an example of how activists hijack any flash point in a community for their own ideological agendas.

Duncan didn't say much that everyone didn't already know. Firing him in this powderkeg climate would be stupid, even if he broke policy. Command and the Mayor are dumber than a box of rocks and that's never going to change, because they are fundamentally arrogant and stupid people. There's no fixing that.

The Taylor case boils down to a few key questions

1. Was their probable cause a bullsh-t cover for some city hall revitalization agenda? What lends credence to that idea is command being present for the searches. They never do that.

2. Did any of the officers fire in a manner that could be considered wanton or reckless with regards to the other occupants of the apartment complex? Bullet casings and bullets being everywhere suggests that's a possibility.

3. Did any of the officers, command, the public safety director, Fischer or anyone else knowingly lie during the investigation or make false statements to the court?

The rest of the allegations are interesting, but a jury won't do much with them. They're too hard to prove.
